About Kerry

Kerry grew up in Trimsraran, a small mining village in South Wales. Following in his son's footsteps Kerry has appeared on stage as well as screen.

Kerry is a character actor and has played a number of diverse roles in productions such as Dr Roberto Miranda in "Death and the Maiden", to George in "Honour" and through to Judd in "Bouncers".

Kerry's third appearance at the Birmingham Rep was to play an older Romeo in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Covid may have postponed the show. But we wait to see what the future brings.

As well as appearing in a wide range of stage roles Kerry directed his first play, called "Dylan Thomas - My Life Words," it was first performed in January 2017 to great plaudits.

Kerry is now also acting in Film and TV. He has taken on Welsh productions as well as English ones. He admits his Welsh is rusty but that never stops him from taking the opportunity to go Home.

As well as working in short films made specifically for festivals and competitions, he has been in TNT's "Will" (U.S. only) and BBC's "Doctors". He currently has appearances in two feature films due for release in the UK & US in 2021 as well as some exciting short films heading for various festivals.
